This application is an agreement between the applicant and The Robco Classic, hosted by the Robertson County Fair Grounds and The Sandy Pearl LLC. If accepted, the committee will work to accommodate reasonable booth needs. Vendors are responsible for meeting all event information and requirements, carrying any necessary insurance, and securing any required inspections or approvals.

The Robco Classic, Robertson County Fair Grounds, and The Sandy Pearl LLC are not responsible for negligence, third-party acts, profits, sales, booth traffic, injury, or business expectations. By submitting, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless these organizations and their representatives, employees, and volunteers for actions on your part, including reasonable attorney’s fees and litigation costs. We are thankful for your interest and pledge to work together for a great event.
